The description of the building is given below:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Owner: Mary Hodgson&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;Situate in Bolton Village. Brick &amp;amp; tile house, good repair (repaired since 1909). &amp;nbsp;4 bedrooms, kitchen, dairy, 2 rooms, E[arth] C[loset], sty. Cowshed (3) stable (2) (cart shed pulled down snce 1909). Small garden. 6 fruit trees&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 small grass fields &amp;amp;1 arable field. Light, sand land.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
